Cut a thin strip of paper or string and wrap it around the base of your finger.

Mark where the paper overlaps with a pen. Make sure it's snug but not tight.

Lay the paper flat and measure the length in millimetres. This is your circumference.

Sizes may vary slightly between manufacturers. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Tips for an accurate measurement
Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold — fingers shrink in the cold.
If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for comfort.
Wider bands (6mm+) need a slightly larger size than thin bands.
