SilviQ Shipping Policy

SilviQ is a brand operated by Casa Jewels Co. Ltd. (trading as SilviQ). This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via our website.


Processing times

  • Ready to Ship items: dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Made to Order items: production time is 5 to 10 business days, then dispatched once finished and quality checked.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Thailand.

 

Delivery (Thailand)

We deliver across Thailand using Kerry and Flash. Typical delivery times are:

  • Bangkok: 2 Days

  • Other provinces: 2 to 4 Days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.

 

Delivery (International)

We ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery estimates vary by destination and courier service. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country. Contact us for details.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
