SilviQ is a brand operated by Casa Jewels Co. Ltd. (trading as SilviQ). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If payment has been taken, we will refund you.

 

Product information

We take care to display products accurately. However:

  • colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting

  • measurements may have minor tolerances

  • natural variations may occur (especially in gemstones)

 

Pricing

Prices are shown in Thai Baht and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

 

Made to Order

Made to Order items are produced specifically for you. Production times are estimates. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible. If you have made a mistake, do get in touch with us so we can assist you and find solution.

 

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
