- Free standard shipping worldwide.
- Express by DHL or FedEx is free on orders over US$400; for smaller orders the Express rate is shown at checkout.
- Made-to-order pieces ship once they are finished and quality checked. Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2 business days.
- Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are paid on delivery.

Return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost.
Resized, personalised or custom-designed pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.

- Clean gently with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
- Take your jewellery off for swimming, sport and cleaning, and put it on after perfume, lotion and hand sanitiser.
